Motivation to start :
Trustees wanted to help families who love and care for their elders but who are constrained by space or manpower due to nuclear families that have no room for attendants, etc. as is common everywhere. Trustees thought that the senior citizens should have a comfortable place to spend the evening of their lives with dignity and courage.
Senior citizens have very little help as most old age homes concentrate on the fit and fine people who can take care of their own personal hygiene. There are very few Senior Citizens homes that concentrate on care giving for the bed-ridden due to age or other factors.
With these ideas, Ajay Elders Home took on its present shape with the motto of "serve the neediest people ; to relieve their suffering and to promote the transformation of their wellbeing". |

Trust is also a care-giving centre for post-operative cases irrespective of age restrictions.
NGO which provides residential facility for senior citizens who are able bodied and also those bedridden with age related problems like Alzheimers, Parkinson's disease, Stroke, etc. |

| Ajay Elders Home runs in rental building. The building now consists of Basement Floor and 4 Floors with large well-lit and well-ventilated |

single/ double/ triple occupancy rooms and having a Lounge, Kitchen, Laundry, lift and Generator for power backup etc
Furnished accommodation available for 75 residents, vegetarian food, nursing care, regular doctor visits, ambulance, basic medical equipments and all maintenance facilities including laundry and also a separate Prayer Hall. |
